Refund & Return Policy for Styleobazae.com

At Styleobazae.com, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy below for returns and refunds on sportswear and perfumes.

 


    1. Return Eligibility

    •    Timeframe: You may return items within 10 days of the delivery date.

    •    Condition:
        •    Sportswear: Must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

        •    Perfumes: Must be unopened, sealed, and in original packaging. Opened or used perfumes cannot be accepted due to hygiene reasons.

    •    Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.


  2. Return Process

    1.   Initiate a Return:
        •   Contact our Customer Service team at support@styleobazae.com or call 045727003 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    1.   Pack & Ship:
        •   Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number visible on the package.

        •    Ship to:
             Styleobazae Returns
             The Exchange Tower, Business bay , UAE.

        •        Return Shipping Costs:
            •        Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).


  3. Refunds

    •   Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

    •   Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

    •   Late/Missing Refunds: If your refund is delayed, first check with your bank/card provider. If unresolved, contact us.


  4. Exchanges

    •   Exchanges for size/color (sportswear) are subject to availability. Contact us to confirm stock.

    •   Prefer a faster solution? Opt for a store credit or refund, then reorder the desired item.


  5. Non-Returnable Items

    •   Opened or used perfumes.

    •   Sportswear without tags or in worn/altered condition.

    •   Final sale items (e.g., clearance, promotional products).


  6. Damaged or Defective Items

    •   We’ll arrange a free replacement upon verification.


  7. International Returns

    •   Customers outside our primary region are responsible for return shipping costs and any import duties.
